The refurbishment loan of ING is open to all individuals who want to finance small or large renovation projects. You yourself decide if you want to borrow all or part of the sum.

How much can you borrow with a refurbishment loan?
You can borrow a minimum of 1,300 euros. The maximum amount depends on the size of the project and your repayment capacity. ING pays into your current account the amounts corresponding to the invoices presented. The money is transferred to you as a lump sum.

What is the term of a refurbishment loan?
The minimum term is 6 months. The maximum term depends on the amount borrowed and your ability to repay.

The ING Renovation Loan is an instalment loan for private purposes.
As a representative example, let us suppose that you take out a refurbishment loan for 13,000 euros (average amount granted by ING) for a term of 12 months. With an APRC (fixed) of 6.90% (debtor interest rate (fixed) of 6.69% per annum), you will repay 1,122.99 euros every month (i.e. 13,475.88 euros in total after 12 months).
